Additionally, we remind you that companies whose applicable collective agreement requires it must take out private insurance to cover specific contingencies (e.g. seniority bonuses, retirement, incapacity, or death due to accident or illness), for the amounts stipulated in the agreement. This insurance can be arranged with any private insurance company.
